Futurecom interactive AG relaunched Affichage Holding with ASP.NET CMS contentXXL

Futurecom advised a content management system (CMS) as a result of the analysis oft the requirements. This should be easy do handle, long-term applicable, flexible to enlarge and should stand in an optimal cost-value-ratio. The decision came to contentXXL from portamundi, which scored particular in the ease of use for the content manager, in the Microsoft.NET based technology and the total cost of ownership.

The corporate Internet portals of the Swiss Affichage Holding with APG as major subsidiary was new designed from scratch by the contentXXL solutionpartner Futurecom interactive AG. In the course of the rebranding, the whole web presences of the holding were consistently designed and contents were adapted to the requirements. Futurecom is responsible for the visual and technical concept.

The corporate identity of the whole Affichage Holding was newly-arranged by the agency Ming. In the course of this conversion to a consistently umbrella brand name the web performance in terms of design, content and technology was also new designed. The geometrical shapes and pictures, which are conferring expressiveness to the website because of the liberal dimensions and the chosen picture language, are playing an important role in the new design. The common point of view was changed for the picture world of the new APG website. The products do not take centre stage but rather their observers do. That’s why there are people looking at a poster in the picture-header. The design thus functions more emotional and more authentic.

The contents of the different web presences of the Affichage Holding can be administrated autonomous and flexible by contentXXL up to the style-guide of the individual company. The websites thus appear visual in one line but can be configured individually as regards contents. Last but not least the CMS avails to an efficient care and quality assurance because wide fields of the design are specified by templates.
